Authenticated Encryption Algorithm

Description

When a mission needs confidentiality and origin authentication in one step, the specified construction is Galois/Counter Mode, which pairs Counter-mode AES with an integrated authentication tag. The tag is fixed at 128 bits so the integrity guarantee is not quietly weakened by a truncated MAC.
