How to cite
Every entity has one stable URL, keyed on the source's own citation identifier rather than on an internal database id. Those URLs are the citation targets and they are intended to keep working.
Citing a single page
Give the citation ID, the URL, and the date you accessed it. The access date matters here more than it does for a static document: the corpus is curated continuously, so a page's mappings can change between readings.

A mapping is a claim about two identified things, so cite both endpoints and the page you read it on. Include the relationship and confidence if your argument rests on them, because both can be revised by later review.

If you are analysing the corpus rather than quoting one page, cite the dataset and say which build you used. Every download carries its own generation timestamp in the JSON envelope, which is the version identifier to quote.

Licence and attribution
SafeMode Space's own contribution, meaning the mappings, their relationship types, confidence levels, and rationales, is licensed CC-BY 4.0. Reuse it, including commercially, with attribution.
The underlying sources are not ours to relicense. SPARTA, the EU regulatory texts, the ENISA Space Threat Landscape, NIST, MITRE, ESA, NASA, and CCSDS each carry their own terms, and identifiers are reproduced here under those terms with attribution. If you redistribute the corpus, carry the attribution list from llms.txt with it. Cite both SafeMode Space and the underlying source, not one or the other.
Before you cite
The corpus has two provenances, and only one of them was reviewed here. Which one a given mapping belongs to is visible in its rationale. If your citation treats a mapping as adjudicated evidence rather than as a published cross-reference, read the methodology first, particularly its limitations.
