Ground Segment Compromise
Description
Adversaries may compromise Ground Segment using it as a steppingstone to get Initial Access to the Space Segment and the system in general. If an attacker can get access into a Ground Segment that control the targeted spacecraft, then through it he can potentially compromise the spacecraft itself. Ground segment compromise can either by logical, or physical.

T2030 'Ground Segment Compromise' is the SPACE-SHIELD initial-access technique for ground-segment-as-stepping-stone, applicable to IA-0004.01's backup/standby ground stations and contingency MOCs.
T2030 'Ground Segment Compromise' is the direct cross-framework counterpart of IA-0007 — both describe compromising the ground segment to obtain initial access to the space segment.
