Data from link eavesdropping

Description

Adversaries can collect data transmitted over a channel, if he is able to decode and decrypt the communication. (Citation: SRC017) (Citation: South-West of France) An attacker can collect and have access to data transmitted by TT&C if the communication doesn't rely on encryption. CCSDS SDLS protocol incorporates confidentiality services through encryption of the frame data, that can be used as a mitigation. Adversaries can collect data transmitted over the payload channel if it is used.
